Tulsi Gabbard nailed the Medicare for All question in her town hall. She explained that we would simply have the same private insurance industry we have today for people on Medicare. Where the private sector doesn't provide coverage for anything covered by Medicare but is able to provide coverage for anything above and beyond Medicare.
