  1. I think you drastically underestimated the comming uninsured rate. Allowing states to opt out of pre-existing coverage combined with cross state insurance sales means that once one state opts out all insurance companies will run to that state and the only insurance you can buy in any state will not cover pre-existing conditions. So we will be right back to the old system you get sick your insurance company will find a way to make a gap in coverage by messing with your billing or the other crap games they played before the ACA. This plan will kick all sick people off healthcare
