She needs to get 2 other members of the house to simply say they won't vote for anything until this is addressed. It only takes 3 vote for them to stop everything and Nancy doesn't want everything stopped.

@seanwhitehall4652 someone doesn't understand political power

@davidvartanian wow you really don't understand political leverage at all.

@Preacher_. wow you know Chuck Schumer just proved your point wrong by forcing votes that the GOP have said will fail in the senate right? I mean if it is pointless to hold votes that will fail why would Democratic leadership force a vote on SB1? Or anything Mitch McConnell said the GOP will vote down??? Oh right because apparently you are making a bad argument. The fact is votes putting people on the record as for or against something is how you move legislation forward and build a case against the opposition to it. Going on vacation while Americans are evicted from their homes because one Republican objected to a unanimous consent vote is how leadership hides behind the GOP and protects the democratic party members who wouldn't support voting to keep the housing moratorium from being exposed for voting it down. Saying there was nothing they could do when infact the reality is Nancy Pelosi could have held a vote after the unanimous consent failed. She simply didn't care enough to fight for the soon to be homeless the same as you don't care enough to fight for Medicare for All. Which is sad as we literally elected AOC and the other Justice Democrats on a platform of forcing a house vote. It was literally in AOC campaign ads that she would get a floor vote even if it ment being a one term member. That she would get things done in the first 100 days. We now see that was just lip service.

@uscitizenvotelawparty7475 I am all for new parties. With 50% of all registered voters independent it is time for more parties as faith in the two we have is at an all time low but we also need rank choice voting. First past the post has killed the 3rd parties today.

@blazedout7835 someone isn't paying attention there already is a labor movement from the teachers a year ago to the miners and factory workers there have been more strikes in the last year than in the last decade.

@theinvisiblewoman5709 wow so Joe Manchin was or will be voted out of the Senate and the entire Tea party was voted out of the house after only one term??? Oh no infact the tea party drove out the then speaker of the house and had him replaced with someone more inline with their views. Because it turns out going along to get along like Nancy Pelosi did when she got in the house protects the status quo and makes you into the establishment tool. Nancy Pelosi begged the speaker of the house for a vote on Medicare for All in the 90s and is now the speaker refusing to give it a vote in 2021. That is what voting with leadership that doesn't support your policy gets. Where is John Barnard today? Not the GOP minority leadership because that is what happened when the Tea Party refused to support his policies without support for theirs. He was fired from his leadership position. So congratulations on being proven 100% wrong by recent history. I haven't seen a case of someone refusing to learn from history being doomed to repeat it being so true in such a short timeframe for a while.

@Preacher_. you need to wake up and realize that allowing AOC to become Nancy Pelosi will only allow Medicare for All to not pass in her entire career as it hasn't in the last 30 plus years that Nancy Pelosi has been in Congress
3
@MarsM13 we need rank choice voting but we need to form the new political parties at the same time. We don't have time to wait for one before the other. The people's party knows this they are working on both.
3
@citigroup64 unfortunately we see how her establishment funding will smear a good man running against Nancy to keep her in power.
3
@Preacher_. doing what Nancy Pelosi did for the last few decades is a proven failure. You don't seem to understand that simple fact of recent history
3
@Preacher_. so tell me do you think yelling at people will being them over to your side? Because it just makes you look like a child throwing a temper tantrum
3
@makeamericagreatagain3401 someone doesn't understand how insurance works. The more people you have in the insurance plan to spread out the cost over the less it costs to insure them. This is why you buy insurance to spread out the cost of a high risk event. So larger population insured simply means lower cost for all.
3
@seanwhitehall4652 I am sure there are things Nancy was paid to do for her donors.
2
@darth_kal-el what is amazing is you have no clue how the tea party pushed out the speaker of the house and moved their party to their policy platform.
2
@Preacher_. I stopped reading when you started yelling at me. So sorry if that method of communications did work for you. Have a nice day
2
party if your goal is to replace the current monopoly on governmental power with a different monopoly I am not at all interested I will continue to back the people's party a rank choice voting

@seanwhitehall4652 🤣🤣🤣🤣
1
@seanwhitehall4652 the flaw in your thinking is Democratic leadership had must pass legislation like the 29 billion dollars they just gave to the military industrial complex above and beyond what was in the Biden administration budget. The donors do want their return on investment.

@theinvisiblewoman5709 you are basing your argument on the insiders that is where you went wrong the insiders have become the establishment like Nancy Pelosi who went to DC fighting for Medicare for All same as AOC. The insiders are the people that the establishment has won over to become their tools
