  1. It is 3 different things in one statement. Getting ripped off is code to his base about telling foreign countries to pay more for military aid using the USA military as a mercenary force. People not wanting him there is just him playing the victim outsider which ofcourse he isn't really as he had the Clinton's attend his wedding that by definition makes him an insider.
