@alinac5512 I used the term well regulated militia because that is the terminology from the second amendment. The gun rights are based on the need for a well regulated militia which this clearly is not.

If you don't see that it is because you are racist and think they deserve to have their homes broken into in the middle of the night and to be murdered in bed. @ahlishaholloway233 I have posted that comment several times today and this is the only video where it has not been removed. Also the only non American YouTube channel I posted it on. Just saying But yes we need to use the correct terminology because language matters and the criminal justice system handles domestic terrorists differently than murders.

Danny G A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. No where in there does it mention tyrannical government or self defense. That is propaganda by right wing extremists. When it was passed the USA didn't have a standing army the militia was used to defend the government not attack it. It can't be ment to fight a standing army that the constitution didn't create.

Danny G what part of the State regulated militia protecting the security of the State is it you don't understand? The government is the State. The regulations are the rules as to how the milita will protect the security of the Government. Meaning that the milita follows the orders of the government. No where in that simply text does it mention society individuals or self defense. It simply means that the citizens can own arms to be called into the service of the government as the government dictates to protect the security of the government.
