  1. How hard is it for police in NYC to run a plate number? My local police are able to do it in minutes for each traffic stop. Clearly they didn't investigate if they don't know who the owner is.

  2.  @gdr38515  I am pretty sure driving your vehicle through a crowd of people is a crime. Atleast it was when I took drivers education. I guess you failed that class. Oh and what a strawman argument I didn't asked for the owners identification I simply said the police force could easly track it down to know if it was a police vehicle. I know police run plates when no crime has been committed because I have seen them run the plates on my sports car while it was parked at a gas station.
