Unfortunately our politicians are so cheap it will cost them a fraction of the safety costs. 2 billion dollars out of the 10 billion they spent on stock buybacks would have paid for electronic braking systems on all trains and you can guess it didn't cost 2 billion dollars to buy off the gop it was 6 million dollars IIRC. By the way those stock buybacks where illegal before Reagan.

  6. The ACA gives Biden the authority to give Medicare for Life to those who are the victims of the bomb train. That would be a good first action on his part and don't require Congress do anything
