@gbuz5789 this is about the president of the United States violating the constitution of the United States. Among his other crimes. Also about his lawyers going into court rooms and arguing that the president of the United States is literally above the law. Again an attack on the very constitution of the the United States which clearly states that the three branches of government function as checks and balances on each other. But you totally missed the point the House is following the very same rules the GOP passed in 2015 and used for the Benghazi hearings so if you approved of the process then which the GOP clearly did you can't argue the process is not fair now that your party is on the other side of the hearings. The GOP seems to have forgotten the golden rule saids treat others as you would have then treat you. The GOP seems to think the golden rule is he who has the gold rules.

@gbuz5789 you refuse to see really infornt of your face. The GOP argues over quid pro quo but the reality is asking a foreign country to investigate your political rivals is in itself a crime. That is one felony for you. Second felony Trump's own chief of staff held a press conference where he stated yes there was quid pro quo we do it all the time. Now on to the constitution in the same press conference they announced trump would once again violate the constitution and accept money from foreign countries. You can check with the massive left wing fox news network for more details on the G7 because their very own Judge was very clear. While the GOP refuese to admit that SA renting hundreds of rooms in trump hotels that they never use also violates the constitution of the United States they did have to admit hosting the G7 at a trump property with a no bid contract would be a bridge to far. To which trump held a press conference where he call the constitution itself phony. Yes the president of the United States called the constitution phony. Again look it up you should be so proud that your man has so little respect for our laws that he not only sends lawyers into court to argue he is above the law but calls the most import document in our country phony. He is also an unidited co conspirator in crimes from the Mueller report one of which his co conspirator is serving jail time as we speak. That should be enough facts for you. So stop listening to right wing propaganda and you will see just what a criminal don the con is.

@gbuz5789 oh as far as the investigation the Democrats are doing again watch judge Napolitano he explained on fox and friends that the Democrats in the house are following the procedures the GOP controlled house passed in 2015 and used for the Benghazi hearings. It is the very same process. And on that topic there where 12 members of the GOP protesting with Matt Gaetz who are on the committees that are holding the closed door interviews. So they held a protest about how they clearly don't know how to do their own job because they where invited to attend the closed door interviews as members of the committees holding them. So all these 12 people had to do was actually show up to the committee that they are a member of and they would be allowed in. But we all know how empty the Congress is they refuse to show up for work than hold a false protest about not being there. That should tell you who is being a dishonest actor.

I mean there is no magic force that insures only one human being is breaking any law if there was such a thing we wouldn't have prisons full of humans. So don't try to deflect from the crimes the president had committed by taking about other humans you dislike who may or may not have committed crimes because it is totally off topic. But i see you are simply too far gone and can't admit that you are wrong. That trump is a criminal. By the way if I am not a lawyer what do I do for a living? You don't know you just assume you know so please to tell how do you know and what law firm do you work for as you seem to think only lawyers can know what is written in the law.

@gbuz5789 by the way there are several emoluments clause lawsuits in the courts today against trump. The courts didn't throw them all out as groundless the issue holding them up is if trump can be held accountable or not his lawyer are in court trying to argue that the president can not be taken to court. Not that he didn't do the crimes in question only that he is above the law. They even argued he could murder someone and the law could do nothing until after he was removed from office.

@gbuz5789 clearly you have the most selective hearing. Reporter to be clear what you just described is a quid pro quo. If they don't do the investigation the military aid doesn't flow. Mulvaney we do that all the time. Even fox news hosts could see that is an admissions of quid pro quo. The reason I didn't answer is because it is irrelevant to the crimes trump has committed. I did notice you exnored the fact that he is an unindicted co-conspirator. Why do you not comment on that and the fact that Willam Barr has said he couldn't be which is why he is unindicted not because he wasn't involved with the crime.

@gbuz5789 when 55% of the public in the latest poll is in favor of impeachment and removal from office the odds of winning the next election are not in your favor. The why not vote him out question is crystal clear. I don't want to allow a criminal to run the country form now till 2021. I would much rather Pence run the country then I can hope he will actually follow through on what Congress passes and not hold up military aid for his own personal gain. By the way impeachment of trump only replaces him with Pence so it isn't like it will change the current policy of the administration. All it will do is remove the self dealing president who violates the constitution of the United States and argues in court that he is above the law. Because we live in a society where NO ONE is above the law and someone needs to tell trump that. By the way I see the courts did tell the trump administration yesterday that the house impeachment hearing are legal and that the subpoenas must be honored. So the courts clearly believe that the administration not honoring the subpoenas is illegal. That is something even Graham has recently sad is grounds for impeachment. He said it in the Clinton hearings and when asked about it by reportes the other day said nothing has changed that is impeachable. So there is something even Graham will have to admit the trump administration did which is impeachable and the court system has conformed they have done it.

But I am perfectly ok with the GOP senators going on the record voting to keep a criminal who has been impeached in office because it will only get them all voted out of office. So please please Mitch McConnell vote to keep donnie tinny hands as president it will definitely help to drain the swamp when you and your self dealing wife are voted out in favor of a non currupt Justice Democrat.
