  1. Yes the federal court in the usa ruled that there was genocide in Gaza but ruled the court couldn't interfere with foreign policy. Not sure how we enforce the genocide convention if not in federal court.

  8. Tell me one time that has been a defense in a court of law that has actually worked. The fact that someone else got away with crime doesn't stop the criminal justice system from ever enforce that law again.

  9. ​ @intbydes both the ICJ and the federal court in California have had cases about the Genocide in Gaza. The ICJ is on going. The Federal court ruled already that they lacked jurisdiction to interfere with foreign policy when a Palestinian group tried to hold the Biden administration accountable to the genocide convention.
