  1. Allow people to leave the grid in California. At the moment there are regulations requiring that you be attached. Also we need to pass regulations to bury all power lines in high fire risk areas. All these lines that need to he turned off should be required to be underground within a reasonable timeline maybe 5 years. We need to put safety of the community over profits it is the purpose of the government to regulate the private sector protecting the health and wellbeing of the community.
