  1. The argument against progressive candidates in general is a strawman argument. Bernie Sanders Elizabeth Warren and Tulsi Gabbard are all showing how they will pay for their policies. Bernie Sanders has a plan to pay for Medicare for All through taxation to access the money currently spent on Healthcare it simply changes the provider from the private sector to the public sector. Warren has shown where she will tax wealth to pay for her program. Tulsi Gabbard has stated that she doesn't understand MMT and that we need to cut the military budget to pay for our infrastructure work at home. Tulsi has made it very clear that we need to refocus our priorities away from the military industrial complex and for profit healthcare. AOC is the only progressive politician I know of who has fully embraced MMT.

  2.  @debbietucker-smith650  sorry you lost me at taxes don't fund federal spending. Like it or not the government isn't exempt from basic cash flow rules. Yes the fed plays games with the monetary supply but every dollar the federal government spends has to be raised from taxes or put on our debt for future generations go pay.
