Trump is an idiot. Solar panels on your roof are the safest form of electricity someone actually has to attach every single physical home in order to damage rooftop solar. Any grid scale power system is only as secure as the grid we see how an ice storm can damage the grid. WWII movies will show you how easy it is to derail a train which is how that coal gets to the power plant. Not to mention that we have entire coal mining towns that we had to abandon decades ago because the coal caught on fire under the ground at the mine.
