Proof that the centrists would rather lose to trump then win with Bernie Sanders.

But ofcourse we will say about 4 million individual donations and 1.5 million volunteers before Thanksgiving should have showed you what was comming.

@govindraghavan9493 Medicare for All is new and untested? On what planet do you live? Every other development nation has some sort of single payer system which provides better healthcare at half half the cost. Here in the USA we have "tested" Medicare for decades it is the single most popular program our government runs. Please go visit someone over 65 and ask them if they have ever heard of Medicare you will be shocked to find out that not only have they heard of it but they like it and don't want the government to take it away. As to taxing the wealthy not working you need to study history from the 40s to the 80s we taxed the wealthy and had the greatest economic growth in this country. Only when the GOP came up with the myth of job creators and trickle down economics did we see the owners extract wealth and ship jobs overseas. Because if you tax personal wealth the owners have an incentive to reinvest the earning of the company back into the company and the workers. When you don't tax personal wealth greed takes over and the revenue spent growing the company or employee payroll simply becomes a cost to be minimized in the pursuit of more personal wealth. The myth that wealthy people will flee the country is just fearmongering. The reality is the top 400 wealthiest people in the USA have a combined net worth of 3 trillion dollars which has more then doubled since the great recession. While half of all Americans still have not recovered from the great recession in 2008. Our current system of giving tax breaks to the wealthy elite is an epic failure which has distorted our manufacturing capacity and reduced this nation into a class based society where the barrons on industry once again have more wealth and power them anytime in the history of this country. It has created greater income inequality them we had in a century ago. You need to study how the 1920s ended because it will show you the fact that our current income inequality won't end well either. You also don't understand the meaning of a jobs guarantee in the green new deal it means that we will make sure there is retaining for the coal miners and opportunities for them. Unlike Mitch McConnell and Trump who make promises they failed to keep saying they would protect the coal industry. Then when the coal mine goes bankrupt and refused to pay the out of work mines for their last 2 weeks labor where was Mitch McConnell or Trump? Nowhere it was Bernie Sanders who supported the protesting coal miners because he knew the miners where correct that the first debt which needed to be paid with that last train load of coal was the labor to fill the train not some billionaires loan to the company that refused to pay the hard working. Coal miners. So the federal jobs guarantee means that the coal miners don't get left on the track blocking a train. Instead they are paid and retained with the skills that our new economy needs. Ultimately they will be hired by some new private sector company. Maybe as a wind turbine technician or in all carbon battery storage manufacturing. But you are wrong if you believe it means that the government will take over the means of production and employ people directly that is just right wing propaganda. You need to do your homework.

@govindraghavan9493 watch and learn. Bernie Sanders understands there is a time to hold and a time to fight. After the primary in 2016 there was nothing to be gained by fighting the party. So he worked within the system to build the movement he has now in 2020. Bernie Sanders's record speaks for itself he is fighting for the working class in this country and asking all of us to join him in that fight. It is simple to understand when you see the response to him asking his supporters will you fight for someone you don't even know? Your choice is clear in 2020 you can vote for a "strong man" authoritarian figure in Trump. Or you can join the movement which is growing to fight back against the fascist olargacry movement in this country. The answer to your question is we have faith in the movement because this isn't about Bernie it is about all of us. Bernie Sanders has been clear he doesn't just want you to vote for him and go home happy that you did your part. He needs you to vote for him then continue to pressure Congress to do the right thing and support the policies we need. Bernie Sanders didn't say you will get Medicare for All the moment I become president he said we will get Medicare for All when millions of people are in the streets protesting for it. In 2016 Bernie Sanders didn't have those millions of people behind him he knows we need to win against the establishment elites. Today he does.

@trvth1s you mean you are apposed to Bernie Sanders because Medicare for All will save the country $450 billion per year? Or because you don't believe the GND is worth the price to protect the planet? I know it isn't really the budget issue though because Biden votes to start the Iraq war which has cost the USA 7 trillion dollars. But don't worry Biden has a proven record of trying to cut Social security and Medicare to pay for his budget shortfall. So the choice is clear you can vote with Biden and Bloomberg to support wallstreet and the military industrial complex. Or you can vote for Bernie Sanders who supports main street and is fighting to raise the minimum wage. Fighting to make sure the planet will support human life. Because a planet which doesn't support human life isn't worth the cost saving.

@trvth1s 3rd world country are you kidding? The rest of the developed world provided single payer healthcare. Is Canada the 3rd world??? As to the GND renewable energy already provides more jobs than ff. Yes a planet which suffers 7 degrees increase in climate change which we are on track for without changing will not support human life anything over 3C is not going to support the current population on earth the bread basket will fail.

@trvth1s Venezuela is a shithole because they have an economy based on a single commodity. Oil and the market price is too low to be profitable. But nice right wing propaganda on your part. Just go back to fox propaganda and trump.
1
@trvth1s the answer is simple Koch industries wanted their oil and made sure the government of the United States forced them into being dependent on that one resource. But you are totally missing the point. Canada and the rest of the developed world has single payer healthcare. Canada isn't communist so your basic argument is wrong.
1
@trvth1s why do you think Venezuela is the only example of a country with single payer healthcare? Could you be focusing on the one example of a failed oil state because it fits your narrative that we can't have what every other development nation has? Venezuela is a failed oil state lesson to learn is to switch off oil to renewable energy end of discussion
1
@trvth1s so you are saying what that 3rd world countries can afford single payer healthcare and the USA can not???? Your argument is getting worse the more you try to defend yourself.
