Yup and if Biden sticks to being out of there in 2 months time no one will care about what happened as we exited. Vietnam was a mess when we left but everyone was just glad to be out of their after it was over.

@petyrbaelish1216 I love your comparing it to the entire economy though because there are other things like 20 billion dollars to end homelessness that is even a tinny fraction of the budget you are ok with spending.

@thelastnwah4743 the rest of the world showed us covid didn't have to become the crisis it is. Just look at New Zealand or Tiawan they kept it in check. The only reason it is a crisis now is trump supporters refused to take trump's advice and get the vaccine like trump himself did.

@thelastnwah4743 have you even been to Tiawan? Population density not land mass is the issue with an air born pandemic. People literally can't stand 6 feet apart in Tiawan because there isn't 6 feet of free space per human being yet they controlled it better than the USA because their government actually took actions to prevent the spread like mask and government run isolation and contact tracing for the infected. When you have one family per 640 acres in the midwest who don't leave there farm for days on end an airborne pandemic isn't the threat it is in a small densely populated region. So yes I pointed out two countries which should have had more trouble based on how covid spreads and yet had no trouble for almost an entire year the entire time we needed to develop a vaccine. You asked about China and Russia both of which did far better than the USA for the entire trump administration as well by the way. Turns out when you actually take the problem seriously instead of telling people we will be at zero cases soon and to inject bleach you have better results. Trump failed because he was more worried about his numbers than protecting the lives of Americans

@petyrbaelish1216 1 trillion dollars per decade so far is a great reason end the wasteful forever war. But apparently you are not allowed to ask how we will pay for that we just are expected to not have good thing other countries have.

@thelastnwah4743 well you should get out more I lived in Tiawan for 18 months. I can assure you if they could control a virus there it is insulting that we couldn't in North America. Definitely a failure of leadership here.
