I would disagree with Gabbard being done already. I think her view on ending the wars and switching to renewable energy will help her post debate. She isn't getting the air time she needs for people to understand her platform. The American public is sick and tired of 2 decades of war in the middle east and Tulsi brings a level of moral authority to the issue of ending them having fought in those very same wars herself.

Bernie will pick Tulsi the same as he did in 2016 on the California ballot for VP. Bernie said as much on TYT. He told Cenk that he would pick a younger female for VP. That isn't Warren she is for all practical purposes the same age as Bernie. There are only two younger woman I can think of close to Bernie politically and one of them isn't in the race but is running Bernie's campaign. So my bet is 4 years of Bernie followed by 8 years of Tulsi Gabbard.

@sharper68 nice strawman argument I never suggested Bernie Sanders is pro war. I happen to like Bernie and suspect he will pick Tulsi as his VP.

@sharper68 my hope is Tulsi will be the VP because she will be able to reach some of the people in the military who feel they should vote Republican because they are in the military. If your choice is draft Dodger donnie or Tulsi who serves with honor the choice is clear which one understands the military.

@psistorm04 you over look one critical factor. The vast majority of the GOP base is old white man. The important part of that description is OLD fox news and the GOP has influence in 2020 2024 maybe depending on how many of the young people turn out. But by 2028 time will have caught up with them as the baby boomers exit the process from the one force of nature we can't stop old age and death Gen X and the younger generations will be the end of the GOP we simply don't have the values that the GOP stands for. They are a party of the past and by 2028 they will be history. Just like the long forgotten parties which came before the two we have today.

@interdimensionalsteve8172 well I hope I am correct as well. But just one small point I refuse to call them centrist it give them too much credit. The reality is the center of the American public is in favor of ending the wars and Medicare for all. The center of Americans is with Bernie Sanders. I have taken to calling them what they are corpate Democrats only interested in doing the bidding of their corporate owners who bought them.
