@-Size- what does the political party in power have to do with the supreme court which is appointed for life? If Bernie Sanders wins in November I still won't trust the supreme court judge who couldn't even hold his temper during his job interview.

@Asylum247 well that is trump has told members of his administration that they can't testify because of privilege but it hasn't actually been tested in the courts because Nancy Pelosi refused to take it to the courts she simply surrendered and said we can't get Bolton or Mulvaney to testify when we asked them nicely. So in a way he has involed it just that he hasn't had to make the case officially. So far he had gotten away with just claiming it and getting hit with an obstruction of Congress charge in the articles of impeachment. For some reason I can't explain the house Democrats thought that was a wiser course of action than actually taking it to the courts to enforce their constitutional authority over the impeachment process.

You better provide a link to back that claim up. Because I call BS. Clition was impeached because he allowed the special counsel to put him under oath in an investigation into a land deal where no criminal wrong doing was found. Then Ken Starr at the advice of now Supreme court judge Kavanaugh asked him about jerking off into a trash can in the oval office at which point Bill Clinton was not truthful about his affair.

If the Senate doesn't remove trump it will only result in keeping one campaign promise. Trump will drain the swamp but it will be by taking the GOP down with him as the trumptanic sinks in November.

Infact Bernie Sanders the man who Trump is on video saying was the one person he didn't want her to pick as VP is winning in the national polls. Be prepared for Bernie Sanders to be president come November. Because he will mop the floor with the impeached loser in the Whitehouse today.

Not officially because he would actually have to make a case for it in the courts. So far his lawyers have been a total failure arguing that he is literally above the law in courts.
