  2. NYPD needed to arrest the two officers who drove over citizens and charge them with the same charges used against the Nazi's who killed Heather Higher with their vehicle. The courts have already proven that you are not allowed to murder protesters with your vehicle. The police need to follow the same laws all citizens follow.
