  2.  @vladi2171  Look at his oeuvre, Wikipedia gives a reasonable synopsis, the guy does know his subject and within the limitations of being an American his is a reasonable fist at an even-handed realpolitik. He's been a consistent critic of US foreign & NATO policy toward Russia for a long time.
