It has failed spectacularly and now Ukraine is on the brink of total annihilation. Believe me, or believe Scott Ritter or Colonel Douglas McGregor, when I tell you, Russia will utterly destroy Ukraine with or without NATO intervention, arms shipsments, money laundering etc.
