This video is the biggest load of shit. The Chinese have already laid claim to Africa so if the Moscow tries to muscle in they're going to come into conflict with Beijing... which would be fun to watch. The soviets tried to expand into Africa during the cold and almost succeeded if it weren't for a plucky little country that had the backing of the USA.
