  1. ferrarieustratios especially as it’s Quattro. It’s not like you have to delicately feather the throttle like you would with a powerful RWD car. Still, as someone else pointed out, the CSL is fractionally quicker anyway with both cars at maximum potential.

  4. Timevolent Is back except it isn’t. It’s slower, the gear change is appalling, the electronics etc are basic. Nostalgia is a wonderful thing, but aside from exhaust note the new cars are better machines in every single way. The older car is no doubt more rewarding to drive because of its relative simplicity but it’s not a better car. No older car is better than newer versions, that’s bullshitism and delusion based on ignorance. 99.9% of people claiming the CSL is the best M car ever made haven’t even sat in one, let owned and driven one.
