  1. "Long Blair", I love 'et. From "long "Crashed the economy" Blair " through "long austerity" to "long covid" ... Are these a series like the first one is the cause of all the others? Maybe the "long culture war" is the diversion and distraction from the "long metropolitan middle class mortgage bail out" that we all effectively still doing and trying to manage the "Long fall out". Middle class politicians and their middle class actors in and outside all parties have no interest in this Legitimation Crisis except to dissipate the energy and/or to use it for their own self interest. The real purpose of woke was as a ready made middle class distractions even for many New Labour Left voters, not the proper middle class but only aspiring, to be drawn in to the left construction of the Romantic idea of revolution. for them instead of the great middle class house and job they get to protest and riot. I'm not saying no right to protest just that its a middle class trick. the anger that was the energy is now subulated into the form of endless legal complexities and trials. Bottom line with reference to this political jurisprudence is to steel the loss of legitiamcy and convert it into an alienating opaque legal issue for public consumption. Error is their confusion or disingenious conflation between the rule of law as negatively determining prohibitions, and the association of the people as positive determine relations. Logically its as if they are saying, a coherent culture is just composed of people acting to not break the law. ie the being of the people or community is jsut the logic of not breaking negative laws. Its political cultural function is to get us to turn all our attention to the courts, which means to outsource our righteous anger, to the machinations of the very same middle class who put themselves and us where we are. this is not consent and democratic legitimacy even if its negation is not constitutive, the negation of this negation isn't either. I might have given the impression that I'm and kind of left economic determinism over or at the centre of culture. I am not, but the left are and their view of economic reduction is what guides much action of self interest and they use the culture to distract from the fact it's rip off. its like I don't believe in Santa, but to explain peoples actions at xmas i must consider that they act in accord with this belief and so, it is as if Santa exists in some way as a cause of their actions and explanation. but of course Santa does not exist.
