But the Pure Theory of Rights as law and Justice is already schematised or applied through the Lefts turn towards Social justice. This schematised Rights and Justice is grounded in an abstract utility and inequality metric that primarily takes up the International View or standpoint from Gender and Race or Ethnicity. This schematic is also given a certain historical meaning or understanding and interpretation from historical orientated feminist studies with its use of anthropological methodological terms like Patriarchy. In this: while one branch of feminism, that is Liberal feminism, took a more liberal view of Rights as negative freedoms, and so more rooted internally to a State as a critical opposition to a mere selective and procedural notion of legitimacy and consent in a Sovereign State. That is it remained tied to something like a liberal social contract tradition of limiting government and working towards more inclusion internal to the State; another branch of Right with positive freedom, argued for more material equality as Capacity and capability in the State, but also stretched out far beyond the roots of the State to become external. This projects a more active government with Tax and so on for local national and international organisations projects. This later move of feminism was in tandem with race and equality issue also originally about inclusion now were also in terms of positive freedom and local national and international projects. An image of this sort of thing can be found in the early series of Citizenship Text books for use in schools and collages. In those books you don't need a PhD in Critical theory Representation to "see" that "white working class males" have become the "problem". However all this was done: blindly, to the long history of the West (I include Islam as part of the Western tradition by the way along with Christianity and Judaism as well as the Enlightenment and Romanticism) and what we would call international and empire conflicts or geopolitics. it is a great example of the hubris and heavily formal and abstract scientific and legal Enlightenment tradition. They thought history and character habit and culture could be forgotten or corrected mechanically. To this Lockian and Kantian view Hegel inserts his solution to the abstract Enlightenment which is more towards positive freedom and the sue of more and more science and technology and law to sublate all difference under the universal and international institutions. Freedom from the necessities of nature became escaping from nature to absolute freedom. In this though the conflict between Marx and Right Hegelians and conservatives was framed as a materialism verses transcendent or imminent Christian and Judaic theologies. We have to say that liberal right and Marxist left Hegelianism's triumphed over the Theology and conservativisms in the end not least because mid twentieth Century Fascism grew out of this tradition, lets face it. The fascism lost, but unlike Hegel, i don't believe this was a necessary future world it could have gone otherwise. Perhaps then the hubris of the abstract scientific and legal enlightenment Rights view of potentiality and historical necessity still assumes that Rights will Trump any theology, and theology will remain a private even non political matter. That is interfaith debates will be in the same Category of Private Sphere and debates over the lexigraphy of choice and taste between The Beatles and The Rolling Stones. But remember for Hegel all including culture is to be transformed from immediacy in Ethical Private life to Moral instituional legislative order. eg museums of Theology arguing over funding with museums of Rock n Roll. After that last one he did I thought he and his friends need no help from me. So i left them too it. Possibly a rare moment of Wisdom from me. Well as "folk" that's is very tricky question indeed if not a kind of ontological metaphysical contradiction of "how things in the most general sense hang together in the most General sense". (Wilfred Sellers on the Images of man. he discusses Heidegger there two as i recall) You see there is a kind of mathematical structural temptation to just "correct" the Citizenship text books by some positive images of British/English White Men. An appeal to a kind of intuition of mathematical symmetry an kind of formal aesthetic. Like the missing set of bricks in "The Arrangements of Bricks" sculpture(s) But you see this is the problem the formalism and the existence of the image of absence in our minds misses out the builders and all the rest. That is such an purely intellectually appealing move will be thought under and through the schema of "structure-alism". it is mediation or makes everything mediation. The formal acts here are not builders but architects and planners. Indeed H H Holms was able to make a set of architectural plans for his Privatised gas chamber, such that each builder only saw part for the project, and non knew what the whole thing meant and was for.   4. Note: I'm up to about 20 mins in and its getting very technical I'm proper learning new stuff here. So since I'm a bit tired I'm going to pick it up again tomorrow. I mean for a start I don't want to write something stupid before tomorrows (04/06/24) debate on TV. The problem for me is to turn these issues around responsibly agency sacrifice and so on. That is a kind of question like what happens to these sort of constitutive concepts in the Enlightenment ideology of causal self interest risk based science and the increasing use of the law as a kind of pragmatic tool. Just to say the new pin mics is a much better look, but my hearing is not so good from all the Rock concerts I've bin too. So for me personally i prefer the big mics, but the difference even for me is only marginal and I'll get used to it. I'll be back tomorrow.

  5. I've got to say there's a lot of moving parts here, and interwoven roots and branches. Adding my contribution seems to just make it like tree house architecture, in a Byzantine Gothic museum. I mentioned earlier that of my lack of a plan to move towards repairing Britain and England, after the New Labour: destruction of the economy in 2008, and then the endless multiple attacks from the left "within" both many a private ethical sphere, and "from" many a public moral instituional sphere, followed by there multiple attempts to derail the democratic legitimacy of Brexit, then the Covid emergency followed by the taking out of Boris Johnson with a cake, the left MeToo movement and the BLM movements, to distract and tactic away our memory and judgement with a Pure Theory of Exceptional French late 20th Century Revolutionary Politics to escape and transfer their responsibility elsewhere to the group {0} left behind by the exclusion from MeToo and BLM. Then after the Corbin taming and politicising of the Rock Festival and the street, we saw the lefts plan to create a totality of all the private and public sphere: from your bedroom to regulatory reflective institutions. In this they drew on Unionised NHS marshalled as a left political force, plans for a Rights based Education system, and mediating the two a synthesis of the police and social services under the metrics of risk taken over form their 2008 Crisis language and the NHS Covid emergency language. And may many more events actions of the out of office left and their assumed in office plans of the left we are not even aware of. This is the power of left out of legitimate office, imagine them in office with responsibility diversified across multiple institutions and AI computer systems. The traditional Agent and Patent relations of consent respect and dignity gradually become the Hegelian Lordship and Bondage conflict. The Lord here "becoming" the academic public and private social care and risk complex in their most general sense. The big issues are peoples lives in the most general sense, and immigration by selective economic rationality alone is the nettle to be grasped. I guess if i was a political tactician i would have made an organised chronological list as a tool at the ready now. We need to clear a space free from politics within which real people can really meet that is all I have to offer.
