I take issue a bit with the claims about javascript. Yes it's true that when disabling Javascript it is removing some (or a lot) of uniqueness, but it's also removing the ability to detect many thousands of bits of other data points about the user such as the number of installed fonts, canvas rendering details, and more. Fonts and canvas alone offer absurd amounts of uniquely identifiable data. Blocked scripts might just narrow down to one in a thousand or something. That being said, a browser that can spoof font support and set a common canvas while still supporting Javascript can be good, but as far as I understand progress on that front is both difficult and limited (I'm not aware of a major Mozilla/Chrome browser that perfectly deals with it).
