No that's entirely unnecessary. With regards to the System SafetyCore process it can be disabled on stock Android (although one would need to be careful about it restarting in an update or such), but more importantly one can run AOSP-based operating systems that are not stock Android, and will not have System SafetyCore (I think unless they still choose to use Google Play Store process which is what installs it)

@Un_Pour_Tous If you mean no choice when one is using Apple yes that is accurate. But there's a good bit of choice and privacy with using a mobile device in general.

There's never any less privacy than the amount of information that you share. But aside from that there can also be additional privacy despite sharing certain information. It's just important to minimize your shared data, organizations that you share it with, and be careful and critical of the organizations the data is shared with.
