  1. Hasn't the "default to unpriviliged user" been a thing for some newer Windows OSes now? IDK, but I thought I had heard that. It's just easy for users tp disable Windows' protections like UAP and such. I think a lot of apps are designed to be run as admin too, which probably contributes to part of the problem.
