What you say could be true but doesn't work for everyone Some people retain knowledge and practice little and do other things While some find lectures boring and nonsense and craft their own notes The truth is without practice you can achieve nothing The more you practice the better you become and retain knowledge I don't know about your countries school and colleges but in my country we cannot improvise while writing a answer The answer should contain certain keywords ,diagram,formula,introduction ,working and conclusion with points and examples So what you do might work for you in school but not in college and other higher levels
