  1. I was having self hatred thoughts today thinking about how i have been used by other people,taken for granted. Not been successful so much Was having a conversation in my mind among the persons who had insulted or hurt me . But then i remembered the 90/10 rule . Life is 10% what happens to us and 90% how we react to it . I do have occasionally such breakouts but I'm getting better . There was a time when everyday i had such thoughts My advice is if u ever have such thoughts. Go and make your favourite snack, sit down watch your favourite show . Eat the snack and later go for a walk . Never think when ur mind is agitated. Everything happens for a reason . Be fortunate what u have in life and be fortunate that u have the potential and strength to conquer any aspect of your lives. Be stoic
