  1. There will be many such ups and downs and that is normal for every large scale war. Ukraine is 100% dependent on western donation and the West will not be able to supply Ukraine with modern weapons forever. On the other hand Russia manufactures its own weapons and therefore, their supply could be more or less but will never run out.
