Yes Putin’s military fund, economy, production, manpower and almost every source of resources are exhausted. 95% of his military personals are already dead and in about 2 months time Putin will be one and only citizen of Russia. Putin has no other option but to negotiate and agree to accept Ukraine’s and NATO’s conditions. Only then Ukraine and NATO spare him and his country. Like you I also have dreamt this same sweet dream last night.
