  2.  @michaeldunham3385  That is correct, but, this is not the end. It doesn't mean Ukraine is capable of winning this war. Russia is a nuclear super power. It will not accept a defeat. But any how it will defeat Ukraine. Russia is not taking drastic measures yet because they think they can handle it up to an end better than the worst possible.
