This man Immanuel Macron is actually eccentric and his thought process is not consistent. If you remember at the very beginning of this war he said, “The West should have considered Russia’s security concern of Ukraine joining NATO”. Then he said, “Russia should not be badly defeated or humiliated”. This time he was shouted by Biden and then he visited Kyiv and hugged Zelensky and tried to please him. There is more of his rhetoric those were in favour of Russia. Now he is going so far against Russia that no other Western leaders dared to do. This man is a bipolar and needs mental treatment.
