  2. Stoltenberg lamented complete nonsense and his own (the West) stupidity. Don’t think he is a smart man as it should be as NATO Secretary General. Putin was a pro-western leader initially. His nation, their culture, literature, music are all Western or European. Putin did everything possible to become a friend of the West. But in the West there were no room for Putin and his Russia. The West wanted just one thing, the demolition of Russian Federation. Finally a broken hearted Putin decided to go along with China. Russia doesn’t share much cultural values with China. But he had no choice.
