Ryan and very smart and thoughtful,. but Israel knows a bit more about itself than he does. They have no choice but to emasculate Hezbollah, and the beauty of antisemitism is that Israel knows they will be criticized and/or hated no matter what they do. Ryan seems oblivious to that.
