First you (correctly) point out that DOJ chose Florida to avoid the loss of time on a venue challenge, then you suggest they move to recuse her, which would do exactly that -- open a challenge to the recusal that would take as much as the challenge to venue. Why not get a less emotional, less biased lawyer to do these presentations? You are misleading people.

  4. Judge Cannon is a very competent and qualified judge. I don't know who this Popok guy is but he seems to be an ideologue and knows little about the legal system in which he works. We are much better off having a judge who Trump cannot complain of.

  5. I'd love to see Trump knocked out of the race, but this sloppy YouTube channel broadcasts reckless claims about either an indictment or conviction. Lawyers should know better.

  6. Ben -- you are the one disgraced. Judge Cannon is a highly qualified judge and reputable former prosecutor who, like every judge in America, is revered from time to time. Even Alan Dershowitz, and eminently better lawyer than you, thought her rulings were within the scope of reasonable conclusions. I'd love to see Trump removed from civic life, whether by prison or otherwise, But one is much better off with a judge he appointed because he can't make his usual hack allegations -- something that you seem very willing to make. You are lucky that you can't be revered for your unprofessional comments.

It's nothing compared to your partner, Geragos, showing up to blackmail Nike alongside Clifford's former lawyer, Avenatti. People from the Geragos firm should not be giving ethics advice. Trump is a crook but this new indictment is bull, and you know that, and the fact that he talked to Clifford a/k/a Daniels doesn't mean he learned anything related to the Trump case,. This is really irrespojsible.

  11. Gleen Kirschner is not, and never was, a "top prosecutor." He went to one the country's worst law schools, never held a major prosecutorial position, and is more like "plays a prosecutor on TV" than a real prosecutor.
