The defense attorney asked if she remembers what started the attack and that she was intoxicated? Who cares..none of that entitles or justifies what this man did next. She is only alive today because she was able to get outside for neighbors to hear and call police. It's a miracle she is alive. This defense Attorney is a disgusting individual is she believes what happened to this woman was ok and not punishable by law to the fullest.

The law does not have any compassion for the suffering, its pretty sad that their daughter Gabby had to stay out there in the harsh environment as long as she did when the Laundries could of helped a lot sooner with her whereabouts as we all expect they knew. Horrible situation.

I think something still is not right, he's not telling the whole truth. Where was the blood after what he said he did to her it would have been all over the sand, no one saw this. He said he left after he put her in the ocean.

If JP is trying so hard to gain access to everything and also made it clear he wanted Mica cremated asap what does that show...guilty! Otherwise why would he care. They were getting divorced, Mica was not with him anymore and made it clear she wanted nothing to do with him, just wanted to move on with her life. I'm so happy Mica's family is staying strong and they will prevail.

Even if it was true that the initial phone call to his parents that Brian was frantic and the call was short or confusing he was back home on Sept. 1st in Gabby's van. Plenty of time to talk and get the full story and do the right thing. Gabby could have been found a lot earlier then she was. To think Brian and his family even went on a family weekend getaway etc. where there were pics taken that they were all having a nice time is just so disgusting and inhumane. I don't know what will happen from this lawsuit but I wish the Petito family the very best.

I'm shocked that the crime scene has not been cleaned/sanitized this whole time by proper biohazard clean up. It has to be a health risk at this point. I don't think it is a good idea to have the jury or anyone in there. They have video footage, pictures etc. along with a guilty plea and countless other statements. This should be sufficient enough. My heart and prayers goes out to the parents who have to live with this horrific nightmare.

My heart breaks for this family I pray for them. The only thing that doesn't sit right with me is that there had to be a lot of blood, he said he dragged her to the ocean. It had to be all over the sand, how was this not noticed? He got rid of it all?
