The excuse is she is human and should enjoy her private life. What a responsible mother and wife. : Imagine put a trust to this "responsible person" to govern a nation with millions people, which currently suffer major conflict with Russia, with war can be at any moment. After exhausted partying all morning, might her mind sane enough to make national decision with involves people's life? Not to mention what kind of confidential information might be leaked to enemy during wild party (you know the power of alcohol) especially about national security.
