@suryanshchoudhury4063 in my experience, they are similar to the Chinese. They criticise the local leadership but never the strategic vision above. Corruption is always a low hanging fruit because it gets in the way of a shared national goal set by the dear leadership. In the West or even India, you tend to go for the neck first. It's Modi's fault that your nala is clogged or Trump doesn't understand internationalism because he isn't an academic.
