  1. That "citizens don't want these jobs" is cute. Of course the job sucks. There is this thing called a labor market, and if people don't want a job, the wages are too low. So, these Hispanics are keeping wages artificially low, the INS is playing games with quotas and not doing their jobs, and the Hispanics are inviting their families to come on in and having their children in New York because the INS is corrupt. So cute. Price takers?? If the price for milk is too low, milk won't be made.
