  1. She's right though. It doesn't matter what they claim the footage is. It's priced however they want, and it's either big enough or not. If you like you can work out the actual price per foot, but it's much less important if they are liars trying to inflate the value of what they're offering and much more important if the space and the cost is acceptable. You seem to be spending exorbitant time looking for honest landlords.
