  1. Coincidentally I recently saw a vid on "Australias only alpine railway(skitube), which goes from bullocks flat to blue cow. It was designed by the Swiss I believe. I've been to Perisher once. And also Mount Buller in Victoria. Aside from parts of NSW and Victoria, it also snows in parts of Tasmania. And in one tiny part of Western Australia called the Stirling Ranges! (Bluff knoll I think). But I think the only places with enough snow for big ski fields and resorts are the Australian Alps accross NSW and Victoria. And apparently lesser known resort in Tasmania, which I discovered today!
