  1. I've never seen a huntsman nest either! And biggest one I've ever seen was not quite the size of my hand. But usually only small spiders around the house and certainly not a daily occurance. I've never had snakes in my house either. Ive seen maybe 3 snakes my whole life (outside of zoos). And that was in or near bushland/trail walks. If you live in and around cities or suburbs without much bushland around snakes just not a common occurrence.
