  1. I don't put sugar on mine. But agree on the fruit. I put a bunch of mixed berries(frozen or fresh) or a banana on top. I prefer mine soft like porridge, tastes better. I don't like it cold and crunchy. Put a little mill of choice over it to coat it and breaks them up and microwave it for 30 seconds. Then add more milk and berries.
