  1. Recently found your videos. Really enjoying them 😊 🌞The sun is definitely hotter or more intense here in the summer, compared to the Northern Hemisphere. During summer, the Earth's orbit brings Australia closer to the sun. This results in an additional 7% UV intensity. (Compared to the Northern Hemisphere). And that UV radiation causes skin damage and skin cancer. Minimum wage is a lot higher here. So no need to tip. The way I see it, the employer pays the staff the provide that service. Expecting customers to pay for the meal and then contribute to their staffs wage as well....is strange to me and kind of outrageous. Wait staff in the US should be paid a liveable wage in the first place! So they know what they are bringing home each week. They shouldn't have to rely on tips. Any tips should be optional if someone has gone above and beyond. People do sometimes tip here but only if someone's been great or gone above and beyond. It's not something you'd do everytime you eat out or go to a cafe.
