  2. @Bobby Crush  they were actively complicit- in this guy's interview on Maiden Mother Matriarch (on YouTube, I recommend) he tells a story about a girl getting the courage to report to the police, while she was in the station she gets a text from her abusers saying they know where she is & they have her sister. She obviously got the hell out of there & didn't report
