  3. It's because they don't do anything meaningful. They put on ideological training, they put out scientifically invalid surveys, they put out marketing and puff piece articles in internal comms. That's all, in my experience. If they disappeared overnight, no one would miss them

  4. Re legislation- repeal the Gender Recognition Act. Remove gender reassignment as a protected characteristic from the Equality Act. Apart from that, the Equality Act is sound & as she says, has been very protective of our freedom of speech and belief

  6. In my experience, DEI staff members are emtirely useless & worse than that, create negative impacts. I haven't come across a single one that understands the basic principles let alone the detail of the Equality Act. They dont understand the legislation that they are tasked with enacting. DEI depts are riddled and rotten with ideology. They are modern day witch hunters - they need to find racism & 'transphobia' in order to justify their existence. They could all be made redundant & there would be NO negative impact of that
