We really need to bring back the word pervert It's never been more relevant

I would be scared to wear one too - I live in a left wing area (where I often see trans flags in my neighbours windows) in a left wing city (where some of our zebra crossings are changed to trans colours)....I genuinely think I'd be at risk.

I love her. She is a born leader, she has vision, integrity and courage. All power to her ✊️

@cwells5576 wow, RESPECT to her! Seriously. Walking around in Brighton with that t-shirt on is brave indeed.

There is no 'men, women & trans people'. There's just men and women. No to lying, no to delusion, no to ideology

What compromise are you suggesting? There can be no compromise on ability to speak the truth, name reality & on women's rights & child safeguarding

We're not talking about women's feelings. We're saying that feelings are irrelevant when discussing policies & legislation

@spikey_labrys you are talking about bad policies & legislation. That is true of gender legislation - the GRA is bad law & it's caused many of the problems we are facing. Law isn't there to 'affirm' or placate or make people feel better. It's to create a stable, fair, safe, well managed society.

@spikey_labrys how can they be relevant? Feelings are subjective. Policies & legislation need to be logical & objective

Agree completely. Risk assessment should be based on their vulnerability not on their 'identity' characterisation or any other protected characteristic (except age or disability). There's no way a hulking ex military AGP is as vulnerable as an autistic 18 year old

It is impossible to change sex so I think that term sets up the lie. I used the term trans identified male or female

You can lie if you want but for me honesty is a key value & I recognise the power of words to shape thinking and understanding. If I say to you 'she was upset because she wasn't allowed to complete in the female swimming competition' it automatically sets the listener up to understand the situation in a way that is different from 'he is upset because he wasn't allowed to compete in the female swimming competition'. In the first statement it leads to men being allowed to compete against women. In the latter, the ridiculousness of the expectation is evident

She's a mother to 3 boys, of course she cares about men. She doesn't want boys to be indoctrinated into this cult. What are you doing for men?
