Not planned? She just went to watch a horse race & happened to have a votes for women sash on her & by chance was right at the the best point for camera coverage?

@sunchild94 they explained a possibility for that in the programme - as it was race day normal rail services were suspended & only return tickets were on sale. However the programme concludes that she probably didn't intend to die, she wanted to pin the scarf to the horse. But there is no way she didn't plan making a political action there.
