Quite a lot of this us coming across like BS to me... 1. I have read research saying that the synchronisation of menstrual cycles is a myth 2. The idea of someone trying to impregnate all the females before going on a trip seems ridiculous. It makes more reproductive sense for women to be fertile at different times, to give more chance of at least some of them pregnant at the point the men may need to leave or be massacred (which may not be possible to predict). It also doesnt make sense for all the women to be heavily pregnant or have a young baby at the same time as they will be less able to support each other & will all be vulnerable at the same time. 3. I do not accept that the alpha female in a group is the one with the most testosterone & would like her to support this claim with data/research. Often the most socially powerful female is physically smaller, more typically feminine
