I don't think she's doing that. She says repeatedly that there are always outliers & that she is talking in generalities about majorities

@KrunoslavStifter you know, in the amount of time you've taken to write two snarky, condescending responses, you could have just provided your definition. However, your responses have helpfully exemplified why your opinion is no longer of interest to me

@ingeniatorabderamus6459 who is your comment aimed at?

How do you define it?

@KrunoslavStifter I'm not going to search the whole comments section to find that 🤣

@Krunoslav Stifter I wasn't trying to argue, I was interested in how you defined feminism to enable me to understand your comment. I am no longer interested as its clear that you have a chip on your shoulder more than a rationale

@Krunoslav Stifter thank you for your reply. I don't have a clear grasp of how you define feminism though. For me, I define it as the pursuit of women's best interests - which historically has focused on women's liberation from oppression. This can take the form of political actions but also philosophical & theoretical discussion. Feminism has brought women things like the right to have equal democratic participation, equal rights to own property & access education. Protection from discrimination based on sex for example in employment or tenancies. It has brought sex specific provisions such as maternity leave, contraception, maternity medical care. Women have specific needs relevant to our physical bodies that men don't & feminism advocates for that. I see the danger in creating hierarchies of oppression & creating victim mentality but I don't think that's an essential aspect of feminism.

@Krunoslav Stifter I mean to participate in its most basic forms- to vote & to hold office. Women were not allowed to do this, & through feminism we now can

@Krunoslav Stifter if feminism is the pursuit of women's interests, then it is natural that there will be disagreement about what women's best interests are. Hence the discussion in this video about for some time it being mainstreamed that it's in our best interests to put career first and have many sexual partners and now we are seeing an increasingly strong alternative perspective put forward. That is why there are different branches of feminism (eg radical and Liberal feminism) in which there can be extreme conflict of views (eg radical feminism holding that prostitution is an abuse and should be abolished and Liberal feminism seeing it as potentially empowering & should be decriminalised). It doesn't necessarily hold that to the pursue women's best interests, men will lose. It depends what is seen by women's best interests. In many cases there will be alignment but in other cases there could be negative impact for men - depending on what men's best interests are which could also be debated. The theoretical & philosophical aspects of feminism is where we try out & debate those ideas.
